Terms, House Rules & Waiver

1. Booking & Payment
- Court slots are reserved for 15 minutes while you pay via GCash and upload your screenshot. After 15 minutes without payment, the slot is released to other players automatically.
- Payments must match the displayed total exactly. Underpayments will be rejected; overpayments will be refunded on-site.
- Once your screenshot is verified, the booking is confirmed and non-refundable, except in cases of court closure or our cancellation.
- No-shows forfeit their slot and payment. We may release no-show slots to walk-ins after the first 15 minutes of the booking.
2. Cancellations & Reschedules
- You may cancel a booking yourself while it's still in the “awaiting payment” state — no charge.
- Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations or reschedules are at our discretion. Contact admin@dinkoclock.com at least 12 hours before your slot if you need to change it.
- If weneed to cancel (maintenance, weather, brownout, etc.), you'll get a full refund or a rescheduled slot — your choice.
3. House Rules
- Wear non-marking, court-appropriate shoes. Street shoes, slippers, and dress shoes are not allowed on the courts.
- No outside food or sugary drinks on or near the courts. Water in sealed containers is fine.
- Keep noise down — be respectful of other players on neighbouring courts.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult player or guardian. Spectators stay off the courts.
- Clean up after yourselves — bring your towels, trash, and personal items off the court when your slot ends.
- Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted inside the facility.
4. Code of Conduct
- Be respectful to fellow players, staff, and admins at all times. Foul language, aggression, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behaviour are grounds for immediate removal and a permanent ban.
- Disputes during Open Play or tournament matches are resolved by the on-duty admin. Their call is final.
- Cheating, including falsifying scores or sandbagging skill levels in tournaments, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of entry fees.
5. Open Play & Tournament Rules
- Open Play uses a rolling round-robin format with rotating partners. Show up at your check-in time; late arrivals may miss games or lose their spot.
- Tournament teams must check in at least 15 minutes before the posted start time. Late teams forfeit their first match.
- Skill-filtered sessions (beginner / intermediate / advanced) are self-declared in good faith. Admins reserve the right to move a player to a more appropriate session if their skill level is clearly misjudged.
6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By using Dink O'Clock's facility and services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Pickleball involves physical risk. Injuries, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, muscle strains, collisions, slips, and falls, can occur. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
- You confirm you are in adequate physical health to participate. If you have a pre-existing medical condition (heart problems, asthma, joint issues, pregnancy, etc.), you participate at your own discretion and we recommend you consult a doctor first.
- You release Dink O'Clock, its owners, employees, and admins from any and all liability for injuries, illness, accidents, or loss of personal property arising from your use of the facility, except in cases of gross negligence.
- Dink O'Clock is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items (phones, wallets, paddles, bags, vehicles in the parking area, etc.). Bring only what you can keep eyes on.
- In the event of injury, you authorize on-duty staff to call for emergency medical help on your behalf at your expense.
7. Photos & Recordings
We may take photos or videos of public events (tournaments, Open Play sessions, facility shots) for marketing purposes. If you do notwant to be featured in any photo or video, tell the on-duty admin before play starts. We'll do our best to avoid filming you and will remove any image you point out afterward.
8. Account Use
- One account per person. Sharing accounts, scalping bookings, or creating accounts under fake names is not allowed.
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us at admin@dinkoclock.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or the code of conduct.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top will change, and significant updates will be emailed to all account holders before they take effect. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the new terms.
